The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Journeys in Apr 2011
Interview
I walked into the store handed the manager my app and resume and was offered an interview on the spot. The next week I showed up to the interview and the manager seemed very unorganized. It took her 5 min to find and gather all the information needed for the interview. We walked over to a bench she asked me a few basic questions and then proceeded to inform me of the company and their policies. It was a very easy and relaxed interview.
It includes an interview with one of their managers with behavioral and experience based interview questions. They may ask for a phone screening with a manager as well. The whole process shouldn't take more than a few weeks.

Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
