The interview process was efficient. I applied online, and a few days later a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen. The screen was followed up with a video interview with the hiring manager with whom I had a very engaging conversation. I was asked to review my work history and why I wanted to work at Capital Rx.
The final interview blitz day was 4 interviews back to back over 2 hours with employees of varying org levels, ranging from Analyst, Manager, Director to SVP. During each interview, I provided clear examples of my work history and in return was provided insight about the company’s culture and how the role would contribute.
It seemed the interviewers rightly felt it was important for the interviewee to have compelling reasons to want to work at Capital Rx. A startup environment like this sometimes requires wearing many hats and thinking on one’s feet, it’s not for everyone. On the flip side, if working on the cutting edge of Pharma benefits with intelligent and motivated co-workers is your cup of tea, Cap Rx might be the place for you.
I received an offer a few days after the final interviews.
