3 interviews via Zoom. -The first interview was with the recruiter & they were just verifying your application. This was a simple phone call, not Zoom. -The 2nd interview was with the manager of the department via Zoom. Basic interview questions, do your homework and be prepared. This was a very respectful interview & I didn’t feel intimidated or like I was just another number. -The 3rd interview was with 4 different people within the department via Zoom. They were 30 minutes each. The first meeting was with a manager of a different department. They asked average top 10 interview questions. The 2nd interview was with another employee with the same position I was interviewing for. Which was honestly a benefit because you can really get to know the position you’re interviewing for, this interview wasn’t really formal. The 3rd interview was with another employee who would work in the same department, different title. This was more formal & they had some hard hitting questions! However, it was nice to ask about the position from multiple viewpoints. I got a good idea of what my day to day would look like. The last interview was with the same direct manager, and they were there to wrap everything up and to see if you had any additional questions or concerns. Yes, the interview process is lengthy, but I understand why!
