The interview process itself was pretty standard. Nothing too tricky with a case study at the end of a panel session.
However, upon rejection (after completing the entire interview process) my recruiter couldn't find the time of day to give me any feedback from the team.
Doesn't seem equitable to put in all that effort and get ghosted after a single lined rejection email.

Had a productive call with the recruiter who mentioned that I seemed like a good fit. Told me they would follow up with next steps on the interview process. I emailed to ask what the schedule would be after a couple days, and I was ghosted by the recruiter. Finally received an email a month later that I was not going to be considered for the position.
