There were many interviews. Questions were very informal. Their biggest stress was this being a start up company, not having organized processes in place, and if candidates are able to handle that. Interviews were with: 1) 30 minute phone call with Talent Acquisition Manager 2) 60 minute camera zoom with hiring manager 3) 2 hour camera zoom with 4 members of account team (each individual was 30 minutes: clinical manager, senior VP of client services, another AE on the team, and client operations manager). Interviews all happened within a week time. Hiring decision was provided within 2 weeks of applying. This was a remote role but they ultimately decided on a candidate who lived closer to their West Coast client (I am on the East Coast).
