CapitalRx reached out to me for initial phone screen, got that scheduled pretty quickly and was painless. Didn't hear anything for close to two weeks, reached out to the recruiter, and got the hiring manager (1hr) interview scheduled. HM shows up 20 minutes late to the call, rescheduled for next day. 1 hour call went pretty well, very behavioral based. Didn't hear anything after the call, reached out a week later, still nothing. Then 5 days later got a rejection. If I had to sum it up: the company doesn't really know what they are trying to hire for. The HM was competent, but I felt like they want to hire for a staff-level role yet not pay staff salaries. Frankly I'm not even sure if they are truly hiring, since I saw new openings popping up all the time within their engineering org. 1/5 stars. Lazy, delayed, and calling them professional would be a gross misrepresentation. Not worth the time invested.
