I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Just Eat Takeaway.com (Borehamwood, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
Applied through a job search website (indeed) applied through the easy method of 1 click. Then got a call few days later from a girl in recruitment. Asked some basic questions like why do you want the job, previous jobs (did not ask for customer service experience as not needed), was a very laid back chat. She invited me for an interview in that same conversation which was the following day. Attended assessment at borehamwood offices where was about 15 of us waiting. HR team came out and collected some id which they gave back to us later. We went into a meeting room where there was one lady leading and a bunch of supervisors/managers from the call centre to assess us. We went around the room just to introduce ourselves. Had three group tasks with 2 people assessing then solo interview at the end with 2 people. All assesses saw you for a task/interview by the end of the day so you had to show team work but not be overpowering while contributing to impress them. Got a call back at end of the week and started a weeks training with a group of 5 on monday.

HR were very engaging and helpful with my process. The interviews were challenging in a good way and questions asked in the presentation were relevant. The process only being 3 steps helped with engagement to this role.
