Process consisted of a programming task plus 3h on-site interview. Got contacted by an internal hr recruiter, who was at first super eager to be in touch and called me several times to check the test task progress and to give tips for the interview. A couple of days after the in-house interview i got a missed call from him to discuss the interviewers' feedbacks, but after that just radio silence. After trying to call him back several times, leaving voicemails and emails, i finally got him to sms me scheduling for a call on the next day. That was the last time i heard from them. I found that rather disrespectful considering the time i took for their recruitment process, and i rather they had simply sent me an email rejecting me than never getting back with an answer.
