The interview process was very straight forward. Firstly I had a 30 min chat with an HR representative. We talked about the role, my skills, Just EAT as a company and culture and the things I was looking for in my next role an company. The next stage was a 1:1 interview over a couple of hrs. This was done in the Bristol office. We covered all the standard stuff on my CV and more detail about the job and Just EAT as a company. The final stage was a 1:1 online hangout with another senior manager. All stages felt quite informal and relaxed. More a finding out about one another and see how the 'fit' felt.
