I was interviewed by 2 people, both were really nice and friendly. They asked standard questions about my academic background and my background in French. There wasn't actually any language assessment, they just kind of took my word for it. Asked about my experience with my previous employment, what I found most difficult and most rewarding about those experiences, challenges I faced, and behavioural questions (tell me about a time you weren't able to help a customer). It was a very comfortable experience.
