HR interview followed by an assessment day, which included a group exercise, verbal reasoning test, presentation etc. Some individuals are then invited back for a partner interview, which takes place with 2 partners from different partners across the firm.

HR exercises followed by partner interviews. All very friendly people but intense interviews aimed at getting you to think on your feet. Interviewers guide you and will question your answers aswell

Interview with two people from HR and the interview lasted for about 45 minutes. They were very welcoming and offered to reimburse me for the cost of my train fare.
