The interview was a panel with about 2-3 people on it, each panel lasted 30 mins and there were 3-4 rounds. The majority of the people on the panel were partners in the various practice groups. There were people from the practice group I had indicated

Interview
First screener interview with one partner in the London office. They were hiring beyond my PQE so was interesting that they wanted to interview me at all. It was essentially a relaxed chat centred on my CV - no surprises. Was impressed that the partner took their time and we overran by 20 minutes discussing a new interesting case.
The interview process started with a screener and I interviewed with the partner of the practice area. After that interview I did not hear back for 2 months despite multiple follow ups with the interview coordinator. After 3 months, I was asked to meet with the another partner the practice area. After than interview I never heard anything back despite multiple follow ups.
