I applied online. I interviewed at K12 (Knoxville, TN) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied about a week ago. I received an email yesterday to complete an on demand interview. The interview process was somewhat intimidating considering that I was reading questions from a screen and then having to record myself answering them. I felt confident in my answers and submitted the interview. I, then, received an email thanking me for my interview and saying that it could be between 2-3 weeks before I hear back from anyone. I don't know what steps will be taken if I'm chosen. Overall, the process has been convenient so far. Hopefully, I hear back soon (:

I applied online. I interviewed at K12 (Wilkes-Barre, PA) in May 2018
Interview
I applied online and about two weeks later they sent me and invitation for an online interview, which consisted of recording myself answering questions and typing out responses to questions. About two weeks after that they sent me an invitation for a phone interview. It was me and six people on a panel asking me questions. They told me I would hear back if I got the job or not within two weeks, it's been three weeks and I have not heard back.

Question 1
How do you structure your teaching so students of all abilities are able to learn and thrive?
First round you interview through HireVue and record yourself answering questions. You have two chances. Make sure you stand back and you dress appropriately. Think about what you are going to say because using the second chance doesn't always make it a better answer.
