I applied online and then got an email from the middle school principal asking me to complete the initial interview questions and return within 2 days. The questions were typical: why K12, why virtual teaching, managing time tools and systems, technology background, and strengths. After I returned my answers, I got email asking for a phone interview for a couple of days later. The principal called me and was very sweet. She had a great personality, was super positive, and was extremely open during the interview. She told me all about the company and hired me on the spot. It was one of the best interviews I have ever had.

I was given an interview that has prerecorded a week after I applied. There are seven questions and the eighth was to record a ten minute lesson with their provided lesson plan template.
