Applied on line . Recieved an email (2 days late) telling me the position I applied for was not available any more however if I was interested in an elementary position I could interview for that. Within 10 min of me replying I was sent an invitation for a digital interview. It was recommended I interview soon to increase my chances of hire. I replied to the recruiter stating I would do the online practice interview and submit the real interview in a few hours. The actual interview was in a format I was comfortable with utilizing an app which recorded my answers via video within a 3 min time frame. I was allowed to redo my response a second time if desired before final submission. There were 7 questions in which 3 were essay answered without a time limit. The interview was to take 25 min. I believe it was longer due to my proofreading essays before submission. Once submitted an email came stating my interview would be reviewed and someone would be contacting me for the next step.
