Had a really great phone interview and was told on the phone that I qualified for a follow-up in-person interview, for which he would email me details for a few days later. Never again heard from him. Neither my calls nor my emails received any response. It’s one thing to ghost a candidate when they had a terrible phone interview; it’s just plain rude and unprofessional to break a promise for an interview and email confirmation, and to completely ignore a candidate’s attempt to contact.
