K12 is a subcontractor for many public school districts and private schools throughout the US. Their essential focus is to provide online content centered on the common core allowing schools to meet the needs of students who are technologically comfortable with learning independently of co-dependently wit the help of online teachers, counselors and staff. K12 seeks experienced leaders and staff to work at will with the premise that all will work out for everyone involved.

Interview
Two interviews were conducted. 1 by phone and 1 in-person. The interviewer had only been in the role for a year and had no prior experience in the education product and service sales industry. The interviewer seemed somewhat uncomfortable. The individual also had their children with them waiting in the hallway of the conference room.
