I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at K12 in May 2021
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter to apply. I was then sent a link requesting an interview which was done through Hire Vue along with instructions of the requirements to make a demo lesson that had to be uploaded to YouTube. They were specific in what they wanted included. I assumed at this point that I had a chance or I would not have taken the time to create the demo video. I can understand being not selected, but the video was never watched a month later nor did I hear back from anyone. I would have thought if they requested that type of invested time they would have been courteous enough to watch it. That did not happen.

Okay interview. HR gave me the run around for a few questions. Virtual interview first then zoom interview. Okay I suppose, but I hope to learn more. They gave have me 2 days to consider my offer.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at K12 (Texas City, TX)
Interview
Online on demand 1st interview with automated questions it lets you choose to record a couple of times. The process also seems not personal at all. It’s just the one way interview.

Interview
Easy interview process but onboarding was a complete nightmare and I wouldn’t recommend it
To anyone as when the school didn’t enroll enough students, we were all laid off. It was very frustrating
