I was contacted for an initial interview with the individual who would become my supervisor. The interview was very relaxed- structured more like a conversation for her to get to know me. I was asked to meet with the individual currently in the position I would fill to see how we meshed which was nice, because it gave me the opportunity to see a face of the brand and a feel for the company culture. I was then given a project to complete before having a second interview with a senior supervisor, and then a final interview with the person I initially spoke to.
