The interview process was thorough, but I learned a lot from the experience. My recruiter, Tiff, was super helpful at answering questions and helping me prep. The demo lesson was my favorite part! Overall, I found the interview process was helpful in giving me more information on the job and giving me a sense of the community that exists at Sunrise Academy.

The interview process was informative and easy to follow. Thanks to the Kipp Miami team I felt supporter along the way even as I completed a mock teaching sessions for the first time. They gave me time to make an informed decision especially as someone shifting from a different industry.
