I felt that the interview process was incredibly straight forward. For the most part they were very respectful of my time and adhered to a timeline as far as next steps etc. Additionally I feel that there recruitment team is awesome when I made a decision not to advance further with an final interview for a position (I did not feel I would be the best person for the position as I had no high school teaching experience and for an administrative role I felt the learning curve would be to steep) they completely understood thanked me for my honesty and consideration of their time as well. Since then they have reached out various times in regards to other opportunities to see if I am interested.
