After applying for a School Leader position I was offered a first interview for an AP. I was informed the School Leader didn't leave. First interview included submission of data and answering questions. Invited for a final interview a FOUR hour process. Everyone was kind but it was intense. After completing I was offered a position of a teacher despite having been in leadership for the last 9 years. I felt like they wasted my time.
