first face to face interview will be done with the national account manager, then final interview will be with the managing director from the main office in germany, they will pretty much ask all about your experience, but in the end if they dont like you no matter how good you are, they will not accept you. also, interviews are in the form of star method.

7 rounds of interviews. 1-District Manager. 2/3- Sales Consultants, 4-Dinner social with manager and sales consultants. 5-VP of marketing, 6-VP of sales, 7-President. Rounds 1-4 were in person. Rounds 5-7 were virtual. There is an expectation to close each interviewer since this is a sales role.

Weird interview. Interviewed with 2 reps for the SA associate position. It was at a random hotel. The whole process was quite unprofessional to be honest. I sent a follow up thank you email to both reps immediately after, with no response and an automated rejection email. The two guys were both very weird.
