Two senior koreans along with a person from marketing department took my interview. Basic questions were asked. Come for interview on time because the koreans are punctual and expect same from you. I was given the offer on the day itself.

Interview
Went through 1st round with marketing team manager, 2nd round with marketing team manager again plus assistant head of SG office, followed by an online HR personality assessment quiz before receiving offer. 1st round was fully in English, 2nd round was done in both English and Korean (they said to test my skills but I could choose to answer in English or Korean, whichever was more comfortable). They mentioned they were looking for someone who was truly interested in Korean culture and products, and as part of the role had to read and write Korean. However there was no written test conducted, so I got a bit of a shock when I started my first day, as I was not accustomed to business level Korean.
