The interview was done in English for a bit and then they switched to Korean, because I stated in my resume that I had some level of proficiency. They asked general questions - strengths, my experiences, why I was interested in trade marketing, what makes me stand out amongst others. They also asked what Korean product I feel might succeed in Singapore. Korean fluency was not essential though preferred for the role, and they were okay with me answering some of the questions in English. Later on they also conversed with me a bit about Korean culture, what I like about it, what kind of dramas I watched etc probably curious as to how much I know about it. When I asked about progression in the company, they told me it's a Korean company which is self-explanatory. The team was generally respectful and pleasant, I probably didn't get through to the second round because my Korean fluency was too average and I had no experience. Still a very good learning experience.
