KPFF interview questions

Very calm and well paced. I really felt like the panel had an interested in getting to know who I was as an applicant and designer. The testing process that followed was brisk because of the time limit, but it felt like what they were asking for wasn't unreasonable

Interview was straight forward, walking through resume, followed by some technical questions. The upper management seemed very unprofessional however. Throughout the steps of setting up the interview through email, I only saw poor professional practice. Nearly every email I received from upper management had typos in the email, which in my opinion, is very unacceptable, especially coming from someone that has a big reputation of the firm. After the interview, I only received an email (no phone call) saying that no offer would be extended, and was told I was free to ask for feedback if desired. I responded politely, asking for feedback, as I was unsure of the reasons where the decision came from, but was simply ignored, and have not heard from since. Just gave me an insight to the way business was run at the office and this practice was a huge red flag for me.
