Interview
They think that candidate are jokers.First select them and then saying sry our project was cancelled.This happened to me second time in same company.My advise to the candidates is after selection first ask them for offer letter, because their projects will cancel any time.
Rounds:
1)Communication checking round by HR
2) online test- English, Reasoning, Number system questions and some quant questions.. it's easy
3) Technical Interview-asked about project .. basic oops concepts.. simple SQL queries.
4)HR- just formal discussion checks communication
Very bad experience..we 7 candidate got selected in KPIT, but they said "our project cancelled so u all can't join sry".

Interview process was good on campus , 3 rounds of interview , assessment, technical and HR but post selection they have made us wait for 10 months for onboarding and then they have told that they will not be going with the full time job rather it will be an internship
