I was approached by a senior level recruiter . Since the company was under high pressure the call with the recruiter was arranged very quickly and lasted 1 hour. After that first interview, the recruiter arranged a 30-minute Webex call with the superior of this future postion holder for that very evening. After this second interview, they asked for different references for a 360° feedback. I presented 3 references two days later. They got in touch with those references and asked for time slots which were delivered by my references. Then there was a pause of several days followed by a message to all my references that something has changed their plans and they will come back to them at a later point. I was reaching out to the recruiter asking what those changes were. Until today nor my references or I haven't received any answer about what happened or a refusal letter or a Thank-you for the interview, my time and for activating my references and consuming their time. In the light of two very ad-hoc interviews and 3 references who I presented within short time this is not professional at all and was my all-time worst recruiting experience as a candidate.
