Two round of interviews done both by senior management team members, one face to face round and one on video conference. Interviews focused on my experience, what kind of projects I have handled, decisions that I made, use of MS Project, Agile knowledge, customer communication, people management. Interview
There were three rounds. First was, technical, second one was more broad in perspective and the last one was from HR.
The technical round was mostly about prior product management experience.
