first step of interview process is resume shortlisting followed by the aptitude, english , logical reasoning, essay writing and excel test followed by Level 1 interview and if shortlisted then level 2 interview

Got selected through Campus placement. Had to clear 3 rounds: aptitude round, level 1 interview and level 2 interview. Had an elimination criteria of 70% in 10,12 and graduation. Both the rounds of interviews were taken by senior hr executives or managers and they asked case study based question and checked critical thinking
