I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at KPIT Technologies (Bengaluru)
Interview
It was a long 1 hr long interview and that to the compensation was too little for a fresher. The package would be 20 k as an intern then contract based on performance
Good interview process, had three rounds. Out of three, 1 was technical round and second round was Manager round and final with the HR Head person, I was offered the position and then i rejected
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KPIT Technologies (Toulouse) in Sep 2022
Interview
I applied for a Recruiter position, even de company is located in Germany, but because of a big contract, they'll be opening an office in Toulouse, France. The first interviews went well, things started to degenerate almost at the end of the process. Once I had completed all the process, the Recruiter told me that we will be making an offer during the week, the offer never came, and he asked me to meet physically and then, he will be sending me an offer. I met the Recruiter and once were talking, it was at that moment where he told me that there are other candidates in the process, surprising for me. We met on a Friday, he told me to provide me with an answer on Monday, Monday passed, and he sent me a short message, without any feedback, saying that I was not selected for the position, which is okay. Not okay is: not to be transparent during the entire recruitment process, not okay is ruining your company message because you don't care about candidate experience, not okay is not providing a decent feedback after almost one month of being involved in your Recruitment process
