KPIT Technologies Sofyware Engineer interview questions

i went through general aptitude, technical aptitude, technical interview and HR interview. It was a two day process. General aptitude consisted of general analytical and reasoning, whereas technical aptitude consisted of questions related to programming languages etc.

- got an requirement from the Recruiter for applying for the position with the CV. - Went through 2 rounds of Interview - salary negotiation was with the Recruiter than the HR's or Managers - got the offer letter after 3-4 days of Interview completion and asked for reporting to the base location. - Induction(mostly unprofessional) was on the same day of joining along with document submission(this was even worse) - There was no designated work place and was instructed by the HR on where you should be sitting. There were no guidance on how to go forward with the System access,other joining formalities.
