I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG (Vernon, BC) in Dec 2015
Interview
Formal face to face interview, back and forth questions with audit senior manager. 2nd interview was with Audit Partner which was to discuss offer options, contracts ect. Emailing back and forth negotiating the agreement and sorting out the details of training ect.
Had a positive interview experience with KPMG. The process was fully online and easily accessible — no logistical hassles. The interviewer was extremely knowledgeable and made the conversation comfortable and engaging. They were patient, asked thoughtful questions, and the overall tone was more of a discussion than an interrogation. Would recommend being well-prepared on your fundamentals, but the environment is welcoming. Good experience overall.
I applied online. I interviewed at KPMG (Bangalore Rural) in Mar 2026

It was a two round interview, and as a CA fresher if you are well prepared with what is written in Resume and few fundamentals you can easily crack the interview.
Well structured and organised. Simple, non technical questions that can be prepared for. Interviewers are cordial and professional. There was 3 interviews in total from what I can recall. Originally with the HR team and then in the later rounds more of the business leaders.
