Interview
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. Technical rounds focused on practical knowledge and real-time scenarios, followed by a detailed HR discussion on role and compensation. The panel was professional and engaging. Overall, it was a positive experience, though the final offer stage involved internal approvals, which required some patience.
First round talked with hiring manager, quite easy, not so technical. Asked about some financial regulations. And also asked about personality, like asking some questions for situation that you may face during at work and how would you handle it.
