The interviewer began by explaining the team, its responsibilities, the projects they were working on, and the overall team culture. They also briefly described what they were looking for in a candidate and what it would be like to work on the team. Most of the interview focused on behavioral questions rather than technical ones, with follow-up questions to better understand my past experiences and decision-making process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It has been about two years since my interview, so I do not remember the specific questions. But I remember that the behavioral questions felt a bit more serious than in my other interview experiences. My interviewer had a very calm and serious demeanor, which may have contributed to that impression. Based on conversations with others, the experience seems to vary depending on the interviewer you are assigned.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
