Process was through the college I went to. It was an intense process of team events. During these team events you would showcase how you work in a team environment. Then there was an interview with the recruiting director. There was a series of questions that they asked me.

Name a scenario where you had success in a team environment.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
