Dinner at a fancy restaurant in the city where you chat with interns, first year people, and graduates from the school. Typically, the person who will be interviewing you will be at the dinner. Mine was not. Then they held interviews at the college all next day.

Audit Incharging done before, how you managed theThe money that came in (sales, revenue) and the money that was lost (expenses, salaries, rent) for the whole month is written down properly and totaled.
It is then checked that the records are correct – no invoice missed, no wrong entry, the bank is matching the balance books, the ATC

The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
