Initial screening round done by Human Resources team member
Next technical round was with reporting manager - Senior Manager level
Next round with CIO (Director) to check compatibility with organizational culture and interpersonal skills
Final round was for benefits and compensation again with Human Resource personnel
Though this was senior role - for a manager but they hired me as assistant manager for existing salary not fitting in their range for manager which I later found (after joining) was untrue.
