Interview
Meet with several different people ranging from Senior to Director. Anyone who was an intern with KPMG prior to applying for a full-time job gets extreme preferential treatment. For the most part, if you come from one of their main schools they recruit from, have a strong GPA, and are friendly and very PC then you can probably expect an offer- as they have lower level employees leave by the droves.

Mostly just general background and educational experience- most are recent grad hires directly out of college, and it is understood that they have little to no experience.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
