Interview
Before the interview, they took 4 of the people they were interviewing out to a nice dinner which was really nice of them. They tried to keep it casual but everyone knew it was a sort of behavioral interview. The next morning, they interviewed me along with the other the candidates. Interview seemed to go well, all questions were behavioral and nothing was challenging to answer if you have basic social skills and interview experience. As I was leaving the interview the recruiter promised a "fast response" and that they planned "to move the process along quickly." After 2 weeks of no response, I began to e-mail the recruiter. About 4 weeks, 3 emails, and 2 phone calls later, I finally recieved a response that I was not selected and no feedback was available to me. It was more irritating that I had to wait so long for a response than not being selected. It is a complete disregard for the time I committed to speak to them.
Overall, I'm sure it is a great company, but don't expect to be treated well if they go with a candidate that is not you.
The interview consisted of 3 interviews. 2 with managers and 1 with the partner. Overall the interview process is pretty straightforward with mostly behavioral questions. It’s important to review a few key concepts related to the position you are applying before the interviews.

Interview
The interview experience was overall great. I went to the pre-dinner spoke with a lot of people and thought I had it in the bag, the person that interview me was a KPMG associate Ive met several times so I knew that i would at least pass the first round. So I was surprised when I didn't get accepted into the second round. Biggest shock if i must say because I felt I was even over qualified for the position.
