Interview
It was deeply grueling. First an assessment center which took almost a whole day. 3 stages.
1. A panel Interview with 3 people on the panel where they get to know you and what you have been doing.
2. A group work - You are put with a team to see how well you work with others and given a task
3. Another panel interview - here you are given a topic to talk about and then asked questions on it.
If you pass the assessment center, then you go on to the Partner interview - which is a one on one interview with a partner of the unit you want to join, in my case management consulting.

Question 1
The partner asked about my previous experience and also asked about economic events that were currently affecting businesses and a bunch of other questions
first round with consultant and senior consultant, multiple mini cases and behavioural questions
very quick to move to second round
second round with senior manager, case presentation etc
slow response time after second round
A few interview rounds with a mix of case interview and behavioral. Something you expect from a big 4/consulting case interview round. Prepare good enough and you'll be fine. Research case interview best practices and company background.
Overall very good. They ask a lot of questions and if you are able to answer them well then you can get in! My recommendation is to focus on being you and communicating your truth as clearly as possible.
