Interview
I got a call directly from the KPMG HR and after a brief understanding of the position, 1st round of interview was scheduled with a Manager (who was my Reporting manager later on). The interview lasted for 30min where I was asked questions based on my experience. Next round was with the Partner which lasted for an hour, happened a week after my 1st round. Overall they were looking on how i can leverage my experience, knowledge and learnings to the new role.
An assessment first then HR interview that is simple and easy then case study + technical interview but it had mostly HR questions with one or two simple technical questions to find the way you are thinking
