This review is about KPMG Vietnam, it is not applicable for other regions. You filled the form and wait for about a month to get an invited for ability assessment. The test basically about accounting principle, audit opinion, logical test, etc. Then about a week a later on, if you pass the test. They will contact you for an HR interview. I experiences two interview with this company, the first one the HR asked me do I need CFA for graduate ( I guess that she confuse with CFAB which is totally different certificate). The second times, the HR late for 6 minutes, and she pickup the phone during my interview, like in middle of my personal introduction, then she judged me that my water make she distracted. Then the last round, will be a personal, interview. I don’t know why, but almost few months I did not hear back any response, But the HR interview of this firm is totally ridiculous somehow, watch out your behavior.
