Bereits nach wenigen Tagen, nachdem ich die Bewerbung eingereicht habe, erhielt ich einen Anruf vom HR und wurde zu einem Bewerbungsgespräch eingeladen. Das Gespräch dauerte rund 1.5h. Bereits am nächsten Tag erhielt ich die Zusage für die Stelle.
Das Vorstellungsgespräch fand online statt und war sehr persönlich sowie angenehm. Neben Fragen zu meinem Werdegang wurden mir auch ein bis zwei grundlegende Fragen aus dem Audit-Bereich gestellt die aber nicht zu schwer waren.

Normal apt test before this interview, then hr will send email to confirm the face to face interview. It is an 1 hour group discussion on a case, then present to interviewer for 10 minutes. After that, an one on one interview with manager will be conducted.
Pretty easy. Standard competency questions like tell me about a time ypu showed leadership. Got it through university placement program. Lady was really nice was more like a conversation which made everything very comfortable.
