After 5 hours of test I received a negative answer. When I asked what can I improve they answer: nothing, you are good. After 5 hours of test, I felt lack of respect.
Smooth and transparent. Actually the application outcome came earlier than expected. Good personal touch and very open discussions overall. Would recommend trying even only for experience of getting to know the firm and your potential suitability.

Question 1
Questions depend on the round. Mix of soft and hard skills to be interviewed about.
Three rounds: first behavioural, second is a case interview, third is a partner interview - quick turnaround though to find out if you made it to the next round. Only difficult interview was partner interview where I was asked really random and long questions
Good interview process, although took quite a lot of time but may have been because the Christmas holidays were in the middle. Was much less formal than i had anticipated.
