Interview
It was quiet smooth. The interview process had 4 segments.
1st one was more of self introduction,2nd round technical questions i.e about accounting and auditing, 3rd round was about situation based analysis and 4th one had company related questions.
Nice, practical case based study questions. Competenncy and technical.Competency- how cleint relationship managed, team handled, tracker maintained.
Audit Incharging done before, how you managed theThe money that came in (sales, revenue) and the money that was lost (expenses, salaries, rent) for the whole month is written down properly and totaled.
It is then checked that the records are correct – no invoice missed, no wrong entry, the bank is matching the balance books, the ATC

Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
