Nach einer kurzen Vorstellungsrunde mit kleiner Führung durch den CV wurden mir zunächst zu dem Unternehmen und zu der konkreten Arbeit der Berater im Bereich Kreditrisiko mündlich ein paar Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt. Danach gab es einen fachlichen Teil und persönlichen Teil des Gesprächs. Der persönliche Teil ging vor allem darum, in welchen Situationen man in vorangegangenen Praktika einmal Schwierigkeiten hatte. Der fachliche Teil ging bei mir mehr in die mathematische Tiefe, weil ich selbst Erfahrungen im Bereich Kreditrisiko besaß.

30 minute call with Managing Director and 30 minute call with team manager. It was a pretty relaxed interview focused on learning about you, your experiences, and your skill set. Very conversational.
A fairly standard interview process which consisted of a phone screen followed by 2 rounds of interviews. Through the first round and phone screen only common questions were asked about behaviourals
