Das Gespräch wurde von zwei Interviewpartner:innen geführt und hatte folgenden Inhalt:
1) Vorstellung beider Seiten
2) Anschließend ein nettes Gespräch und gegenseitige Befragung (softe Fragen wie Motivation, warum Risikomanagement, Erwartungen an zukünftigen Arbeitgeber. Keine technischen Fragen, da Berufseinsteiger)
3) Brain Teaser

- Warum diese Stelle?
- Warum Wechsel Wissenschaft in Wirtschaft?
- Was erwartest du von deinem zukünftigem Arbeitgeber?
Brain Teaser:
- gegeben zwei Dochte, die jeweils genau eine Stunde brennen, aber sonst keine Informationen: Wie würdest du 45 Minuten messen?
- gibt es in diesem Moment zwei Nadelbäume in Deutschland, die exakt gleich viele Nadeln haben

Interview
The worst interview I have ever had. It was a tech interview. I once had a management consulting interview in KP Luxembourg, which was very nice. But there was no HC at that time so that I was recommended to another group, namely the risk consulting group. The assistant manager gave me a lot of technical questions, I tried to explain in a logical and complete way. But at the end of interview, he said I always tried to give an essay about all things. I used keywords, he then said you did not have a precise and complete description. I have no idea, what should I say so that I can not annoy him. It seems that he was not in a good mood and complained at the end that he did not ask so many questions all because I have explained too much in detail?? I have really answered a lot of questions,still not enough exercuse me??Besides, the first question he asked was: you are not from EU right? You need a visa so it must take a long time right?? Great discrimination in the interview. He kept interrupting me and showed no respect at all.

8. Accounting knowledge, how do you book savings and mortgage? also a lot accounting questions, I forgot.
9. If one client came in and wanted to take a mortgage with an interest rate of 0.5%, what factors should be considered?
10. There is a high interest rate in Luxumbourg, why? Explain in detail.
11. Are profitability influencing the capital?
12. Mechanism of interest rates, how was the decision taken by the central banks? How does it influence the market and clients? I did not hear clearly due to the internet combination but he said that I was wasting time speechless......
13. Your past experience in consulting
14. How does it correlate with the work in risk management consulting. I answered project by project, he just interrupted my answer and said that your answer is wrong, that is not how we work. I have not worked in your group yet, how can I give you a correct description of your daily work?? I only describe what I experienced in KP Munich and it was always interrupted. I did not finish my answer and the interview ended,

Interview
I applied and HR reached out within a couple of weeks. We scheduled a first interview. Over the hour of the interview, I had 3 people come and go (teams call), It seemed like they were supposed to interview me together, Instead they handed the conversation off to each other, without apparently knowing much about my application, as I was applying for a part time opportunity, which no one seemed to be aware of. The interview was mostly technical.
