Interview
First stage of the interview process was a phone interview lasting about 45 minutes in which they asked about motivation for the role and the skills required.
Second stage was an assessment day with a group of other applicants. This involved testing on a laptop and some role play exercises.
After completing this it was a one to one interview asking about the skills required, motivation for the role and more general questions surrounding areas such as business acumen.

They asked 5 questions in 30 minutes. A bit stressful due to the tight timing, making it challenging to elaborate fully on some answers. Interviewers are HR and senior manager.

Interview
You will begin the KPMG interview process with an online assessment/pre-screen. This is followed by a phone or on-campus interview. Then, you can expect 2-3 in-person panel interviews with 2-3 KPMG senior managers for each interview round.

Interview
The interview process was quick which took around half an hour. Both interviewers asked some behavioural questions and cognitive questions related to the role applied. Overall, I had a great experience interviewing with KPMG Sydney as the process was quick and smooth.
