I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KPMG (Portland, OR) in Sep 2021
Interview
Just one interview with a senior manager. It was pretty informal and relaxed and I thought it went really well. At the end of the interview, I asked for the interviewer’s email address (I always do this so that I can send a follow up/thank you email). The interviewer told me to ask the recruiter for her email address, which seemed kind of strange. I sent the recruiter an email asking for the interviewer’s email address, but the recruiter never replied to my email. A few days later, I received a rejection email. The whole thing was weird.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
